We're Making Changes to Better Serve You!
On July 19, 2024, TD Retail Card Services is upgrading our retail credit card and financing online account management experience. We're working hard to minimize any disruptions and make sure your transition is as seamless as possible.
Retail Credit Card & Financing Online Account Management Has a New Home.
Online Account Management will be offline July 19 – 22, 2024.
If you need to make a payment during this time, please schedule your payment in advance or call 1‑800‑252‑2551 to make a one‑time payment via our automated system.
MyOnlineAccount.net and OnlineAccessPlus.com will no longer be available after July 18, 2024. You will need to visit a new website to manage your account — MyTDFinancing.com.
MyTDFinancing.com is live now and we encourage you to start using TD's new home for your online account access today to minimize disruptions when we upgrade our system on July 19, 2024.
We sent you an email and a message on your monthly billing statement with the specific URL for your retail credit card or financing account. For example, MyTDFinancing.com/ProgramName. “Program Name” is the name of the retailer, merchant or program where you opened an account to finance a purchase.
NOTE: You must use the correct URL for your program to manage your account.
Can't find your retail credit card or financing program’s URL? No problem. Visit MyTDFinancing.com and select your retail credit card program from the drop-down menu. The retailer or credit card program name appears at the top of your monthly billing statement.
Please bookmark your retail credit card or financing program's URL for future use.
